You will receive contact by telephone within the next 2 working days.
During this call we will:-
- Introduce our services and confirm that you wish to continue with your referral
- Try to match you to a current support programme

Where eligible, we will either:
- Book an assessment appointment for you with a health professional
- OR
- Arrange for your local health board to make contact with you within the next working day to arrange an appointment
- Where eligibility criteria is not met, we will arrange appropriate signposting information
We are open and transparent about what information is held and shared at any one time and you have a statutory right to view copies of any data held on you.We will hold your information securely for 7 Years in line with NHS requirements; at this point any information we hold on you will be deleted.We are fully compliant with current data protection legislation.Further details are contained on our website

Please note that all services are offered on a voluntary basis from which the referred individual can withdraw from at any stage.
